Q: Which enclosures are compatible with my camera?

Q: How do I set up my camera surveillance system on a wireless network?

Q: For outdoor enclosures, which wires power the camera and which power the heater/blower?
A: The cables are color coded for your convenience:
red/orange = camera power
yellow/green = heater/blower

Q: What is the replacement part number for a 12vdc power supply?
A: The replacement part for a 12vdc power supply on the
ACH13 fixed housing is rptrans03, and for 
Domes the replacement part is rpnet02.

Q: What if I suspect missing parts in my product box?

Q: Which mounting options does Moog Videolarm offer?
A: Moog Videolarm offers the following mounting options:

- Pole (APM3, PM3, WM2400, APM16, etc.)
- Pendent (PRM50G, WM20G, CA15)
- Ceiling (CA15, CA1200)

Q: Which power supply does my camera housing need?
A: -40va for box camera housings
-80va for all domes with 1 heater/blower   
-100va for all housings with 2 heaters/blowers

Q: I need to replace the bubble on my dome housing. What is the part number?
